Almond salami is characterised by its robust, velvet flavour, and from its unmistakable aroma. It is uniquely prepared from fresh, lean pork which has been medium minced and spiced with salt, black peppercorns and both whole and ground almonds. It is a strong and tangy salami, in a natural casing and is matured for about 50 days. It does not contain gluten, milk or milk-derivatives.
